1. General

These Sales Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions, quotations, sales, and deliveries between GSMSOUQ.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the customer (“you” or “buyer”).
By placing an order with GSMSOUQ.com, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are offered subject to availability.
We supply brand new, used, and refurbished devices according to the product description and grading standards provided.
GSMSOUQ.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees unless stated.
GSMSOUQ.com reserves the right to change pricing at any time due to market fluctuations or supplier cost changes.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders must be confirmed in writing or via our online order system.
Payment must be made in full before shipment, unless a written credit agreement is approved.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (TT), crypto payments, and other approved methods.
GSMSOUQ.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are handled by trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and stock availability.
Shipping risk passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their respective countries.

6. Product Grading & Condition

We classify our devices under the following categories:

Brand New (Sealed) — Original factory packaging, never activated.
Like New / Grade A — Excellent cosmetic condition, fully tested, and functional.
Used / Grade B–C — May show signs of wear but 100% functional and tested.

All devices are tested and verified before dispatch. Cosmetic or minor functional differences are not considered defects unless stated otherwise.

7. Warranty & Returns

Brand new items may carry the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to regional policies.
Used and refurbished devices are sold “as is” with a limited testing warranty (typically 7–14 days from delivery).
Returns or exchanges are accepted only with prior written authorization (RMA) and must be shipped back in the same condition received.
Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection and confirmation of the returned goods.

8. Liability

GSMSOUQ.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods in question.

9. Fraud & Compliance

We maintain strict anti-fraud and compliance policies. Any suspicious activity, false claims, or chargebacks will result in legal action and permanent account suspension.

10. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in Dubai, UAE.
